Offer
Making one on a short sale in Walnut. I said I’d only consider that area if the place is perfect, and this one is, in neighborhood and size. It needs the standard new carpet and paint, some bathroom work, but nothing wrong with it otherwise.

Kinda narrow design, weird angles, narrow kitchen, 45 degree fireplace, nowhere to put TV, smells like cat, old carpet, creepy basement like garage entrance

Out to see 3 condos and a house in Alhambra/Pasadena. Will we strike gold this time?

Time to see Stinky
The Huntington calls the corpse flower “Stinky.” I heard there were Disneyland-like lines today. We’re going during member hours but Im sure it’ll be crowded. I hope it doesn’t stink too badly! Feeling lucky to live so close.
iPhone 3.0 software
Is great. I figured out how to cut and paste without any instructions. Just tapped the screen with two fingers and the options came up. So intuitive. I don’t think I could live without my iPhone. Apple has me now, augh!!!
Condo
We didn’t get the condo we bid on. Back to looking and agonizing again.
