Alhambra Townhouse
Photos end with the closeup of the remodeled kitchen.
Did not take photos of the 3 upstairs bedrooms or the 4th room/office because there was nothing really wrong with them that we could tell given the enormous amount of furniture and stuff everywhere. They are all carpeted with the same fuchsia carpet as the downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have cathedral ceilings.

Across street is a shady market. Space felt too chopped up. Large storage space in garage
2618 w Alhambra rd. Too small. Detached garage. Bathrooms need work. Angled fireplace. Smaller master and living room than now.

Making one on a short sale in Walnut. I said I’d only consider that area if the place is perfect, and this one is, in neighborhood and size. It needs the standard new carpet and paint, some bathroom work, but nothing wrong with it otherwise.
