Alhambra Townhouse
Photos end with the closeup of the remodeled kitchen.
Did not take photos of the 3 upstairs bedrooms or the 4th room/office because there was nothing really wrong with them that we could tell given the enormous amount of furniture and stuff everywhere. They are all carpeted with the same fuchsia carpet as the downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have cathedral ceilings.
1572 square feet. Not sure if this includes the 5th bonus room next to the garage.
Forgot to put in the email - we want recess lighting installed after the ceilings are scraped and painted.

Street view. Our unit is at the very back on the right.

Master sinks. Want to replace counters and fixtures of sinks in all 3 bathrooms. Either replace or re-stain the cabinetry. Want to shorten the mirror.

Existing kitchen tiles. If we go with ceramic tiling downstairs, will rip these up and replace (same with bathroom tiles). If we go with laminate flooring downstairs, will leave them.

One of two staircases. This one leads to upstairs bedrooms. Half of it is exposed on the side. The other staircase leads from the garage to the living room, and is completely walled in. Want to recover both staircases in either carpet or laminate.

Mildew growing on ceiling of the downstairs 3/4 bath, supposedly b/c the owners do not run the vent. No window in this bathroom. Thinking about cutting a vent into the wall to allow air into the hallway.

The other 3/4 bath, in the upstairs hallway. Want to tear out both showers and replace, most likely with a one-piece fiberglass/water resistant shower and glass door. Both showers currently have unrepairable peeling finishes.

Master bathroom. Tiles next to tub are bulging. Need to determine if there is structural damage. Want to tear out tiles and tub and replace, ideally with a stand-alone tub with a 360 degree shower curtain. If we do laminate flooring upstairs, will likely keep the existing ceramic floor tiles.

The 5th bonus room next to the garage. Probably will only scrape and paint the ceiling, and paint the walls.

Living room. We want to remove the mirrors in the bar and above the fireplace. There are two steps separating the living room from the dining area. Would it be possible to get rid of the 2 steps, maybe by raising the living room floor?
